Zoo This

I'll be honest, I didn't plan for class today. I decided to talk about animals and have the kids draw pictures of their zoo. In most cases I paired the kids up and they made a zoo together, when classes were small I let them make their own. Let me share some of the best works of the day... (Blogger is effing up and so some of the pictures are sideways, deal with it)

This child's zoo was a fusion zoo he told me (yes he said fusion).... Note that there is an Alien Octopus (and yes we went over animals before we did this zoo project), human fish, devil horse, giant alien, crazy killer and eagle cow. Now note, the human fish is also eating a person; the crazy killer has a pile of people that he has killed; the alien octopus is smoking and thinks the world is rotten. I love this kid.

Another boy decided to make a monster zoo... it included dinosaurs, sharks, cows, fish, octopi, ants... all of which were eating/killing humans.

 This zoo is the Andromeda Zoo... complete with dragon, marshmallow monster, zombie, killer seal, and monkey that looks like a human.

The highlight of this zoo is the person running for the bathroom who has shit their pants. Here's a close up..

 

This one has some cool animals... my favorite is the monkey, rabbit, fox, muscular lion and pooping penguin. Oh... and the Pig who died leaving is poor mother childless above.

There was of course some normal zoos, and even decent drawings... but those aren't nearly as fun an interesting for you. Hopefully you appreciate these as much as I did.
