Rebel Teacher

I'm pretty sure that if the school could get someone else to teach, I would be fired soon. Here's why:

-I let the kids be as loud as they want, including screaming, crying and laughing... none of which are in English
-I have had 2 kids cry in my classes (both cases of being poked in the eye by a fellow classmate)
-The majority of my classes I stand there while the kids speak Korean to me and/or pummel each other
-The older kids refuse to speak to me and I have spent the last two classes lecturing them on this and them not understanding what I am saying. Surely they will all drop out soon.
-I am supposed to work for 6 hours a day. On average I work only 5
-I leave early every day (example: I was supposed to be at work until 7:30 tonight but my last class finished at 7:10 so I hightailed it outta there while my boss is still teaching and can't catch me before I leave...this is a daily occurrence)

My only ammo is to play the stupid foreigner card when I am eventually called out on some or all of these points... it's bound to happen.

One: get all the children protective eyewear to avoid anymore eye-poking. I suggest cheap sunglasses and tell them they are all the rage in Canada.
Two: Tell the other jerks you'll call their parents. This usually gets some sort of silence from them.
