I just want to post this quick message to say thank you. Thank you to those of you who post comments or email me to tell me that you are reading my blog. Sometimes I feel like I am talking to myself and this is all a waste of my time. Knowing that you are reading (and enjoying) it is makes it seem worthwhile.
I also want to point out that my posts are usually written like I speak, only 32% serious. They are usually written with heavy sarcasm. I have had some people wondering if I am really happy here. Let me set the record straight.... I am happy...super happy. I will be happier once I meet some good friends somewhat near me...but I love it here. This is the only post I will make regarding the tone of my blog.
I just got off an hour skype date with my parents. What a wonderful invention this skype is. I hate the phone and if there was no video attached to this I would be over the conversation in ten minutes I am sure. Being able to see the ones you love makes you feel not so far away at times.
