Well I finally figured out what is in the silver drum on the corner. I know some of you have been dying to know so I am writing this immediately after it happened. Ready for it....
Sweet Potatoes.
Kinda anticlimactic huh?
I was walking back home today after an Emart run and the one man saw me crossing the street and started getting really excited. When I got to them he pulled out a sweet potato and ran up to give it to me. He then said "I LOVE FOREIGNERS!". I thought that I may have heard him wrong so he repeated saying "AMERICA! CANADA! I LOVE!" hahaha. It was awesome. So I am eating the sweet potato and it is delicious. Now I may actually pay for one next time.
