Losing my Mind

7am... EVERY DAY... I am being woken up  by obnoxious melodies such as Mary Had a Little Lamb, Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, If You're Happy and You Know It, We Wish You a Merry Christmas... among many others. And there is dancing and singing. This happens until about 7pm. It happens every day of the week. There is a big election on June 2nd so hopefully it will all be over then.

If this is anything like the psychological warfare that is going on, I expect the North to start dropping bombs any day... I know I would. Not a good time to joke about the subject? Well, is it ever really?

I am losing my mind. I am sleep deprived and irritable. My poor students are taking the brunt of it as well. I'm not sure what the point is, vote for the candidate with the best song and dance? In between the songs there is a large tv and the candidate giving this yelling like speech.... which is then followed by more singing and dancing.

All I know is that this election can't come soon enough.
