Not sure if I mentioned the awesome adventure that I was supposed to go on this past weekend that crumbled before our eyes the day before we were supposed to leave. It's okay though, we'll be doing it in a couple weeks. That left us to find something else to do this long weekend at the last minute... and on top of that we were only met with one day of nice weather. The universe definitely wasn't on our side... but we made the best of it... and unfortunately making the best of it meant a lot of drinking.

Friday day 4 of us went down to the Han River and rode bicycles, something I'm becoming quite fond of. We got lost trying to find the massive river and attacked the lone white person we found and then stalked him to the river. The main destination was this bridge that shoots water out of it in timing to music... it was alright, I hear it's better at night. After riding bikes we headed for some Greek food, and while we got raped in terms of cost, it was worth it. Two of us got chicken souvlaki and the other two got pork gyros.... both of which were delicious. The rest of the night was spent drinking on outdoor patios in Seoul before we caught one of the last subways back home.

Saturday we got dolled up and headed in to Seoul to homohill. Brit and I were acting as wingmen to Jeff... although, we seemed to talk to more gay guys than he did.. perhaps it's not the best course of action for him to take two females along with him. My favorite exchange was with this gay Korean who was very diva-ish but adorable... he asked where I was from and when I said Canada he lost it and started jumping up and down and saying "VANCOUVER!" umm.. yes. Silly me thought he was referring to the Olympics.. no... the next thing outta his mouth is "VANCOUVER! GAY MARRIAGE IS OKAY! I LOVE CANADA" .. haha.. it was adorable and I wasn't quite sure what to say... lucky for me he just gave me a hug and walked away. Other than that we spent a lot of time dancing on benches and doing way too many shots. Called it a night around 430 and headed back to Incheon.
Sunday was a hangover day for sure. Went for lunch, went to a couple bookstores, then to a friend's to watch a movie and some stand up comedy. Perfect for a rainy day.
If you're wondering, it's raining again today.. and will tomorrow and the day
