Jenna is in the shower so I'm gonna do a quick update. It was fantastic seeing her...almost surreal to have a friend from home, I couldn't stop smiling the entire night.
She did experience life in the 3-block today in full force. At 8am we were met with an apartment announcement where I heard them say foreigner, English, can't see or don't see all in Korean.. whaaaat? About 15 minutes later there is a knock at my door. They are painting the outside of my building and turns out they are also going to paint the inside of my door or so the ajumma from next door motioned... I also think I may have to pay 20,000Won for this... not sure.
I'm just glad she got to experience the early Saturday morning apartment announcement first hand.
