I made the load super small and everything seemed to work fine... so because I am lazy and hate trying to overcome the language barrier sometimes I will now just do small loads of laundry more often than two large ones a week.
I had big hopes for my 100th post being awesome, but my camera broke and I needed it for the post... so I put it off. Now you are stuck reading about my washing machine.
Haven't done much of note lately, working and hanging out with friends. Did some trivia on Thursday and the only topic I knew any answer to was in regards to the Seoul subway system... I got 8 outta 10. Sadly so did most other teams. We didn't come in last though so that's an accomplishment.
Saturday was Krista's birthday. They had a party at their place and then a bunch of us headed to Hongdae for some dancing. Even with too many soldiers, a haze of smoke, and too many different types of alcohol.. the night was still a good time. How do I know this? Well someone ended up in a different city (Pusan to be exact) the next morning, another was in serious danger of missing her flight back to Japan.. and the rest of us didn't move until about 2 on Sunday.
Hopefully though this is the end of my all nighters in Seoul for awhile... it's getting to be too much of a habit and I want to do too many other things in this country besides drink. Last night I went for some delicious Galbi (had some beef for the first time in a long time) and played a few rounds of darts. I won 2 of the games, although was given a huge handicap so I'm not sure if I'm allowed to brag. Darts is huge here and I'm becoming quite fond of it... nerd alert... I know.
