Ingredients are hard to find due to the language barrier, or the fact that they don't exist. A lot of the fresh produce that I buy back home is harder to find anywhere near me. But even though it took me 9 months to get here, I decided to tackle cooking at home. Even if I have zero counter space, one pot, one pan, and basically no other cooking utensil, I pushed on and came out with a delicious meal including: chicken, mushrooms, tteok (rice cake) and spicy Korean pepper sauce, all topped off with a little fresh greens. Absolutely delicious. Now who is going to do my dishes? :(

Culinary Master
Obviously the title is a bit of a stretch. We all know that I can't cook, or rather I can cook a bit but have no desire to do so. The work, the time, the cleanup.... my mindset has always been "eff that, I have better things to do with my time".
