This Place has gone CRAZY

I had friends telling me that they were being let off early due to the Korea/Argentina game (start time 8:30pm), I however, heard no such thing. Today before my last class my boss finally comes up to me to tell me that yes, they will close early and to end my class at 8:00... a whopping 25 minutes early. But you know what, I'm not complaining. Until I walked out and realized all the other teachers got to leave even earlier and the entire academy was shut down and locked except for my classroom. Why they even had me teach this class I don't know. The kids were so amped up that all we did was play games. 

When I walked out of the academy there were lines out in to the streets from Pizza and Chicken places. The corner stores were backed up with people buying pop, beer and soju. Kids are running through the streets shouting and I'm certain 90% of the people I passed were already drunk. This shit's a big deal. 

Unfortunately I am leaving on my vacation early Saturday morning and I have so much to do before then that I can't go out and enjoy the game with my friends. Thankfully I have a tv at my home so that I can still enjoy the game, albeit on an extremely smaller scale. 

Korea! Fighting!!!
