Jetsetting

PHILIPPINES! PHILIPPINES! PHILIPPINES! PHILIPPINES!

The plane leaves in 9.5 hours. I have to be up in 6 hours. That's 5am people. 5:00 AM! Remember when I couldn't function at 7? I'm putting the important things like my passport and money on top of my bag by the door so that I can't forget them, because lord knows with my luck I would.

We have had massive problems with one of our flights being canceled and not seeing the email until yesterday... both of us have tried our hand in resolving it and neither have had luck as of yet, and  yes.. we leave in just over 9 hours. But, it'll work out... I hope.

I also looked at the weather forecast and one site said thunderstorms for the next 5 days there... another said some showers....and yet another said sunny with cloudy periods. Not sure who to believe here, guess I'll just have to wait and see.

Regardless of what happens, Brit and I will make the best of our trip I'm positive... even if we do get stranded in Manila.

Special shout out to dad for Father's Day! I won't be around a computer on Sunday to say Happy Father's Day so let me say it now. I love you, you have been an amazing father the past 26 years of my life. Being away from you is harder as the time goes on.... especially as you're getting funnier and funnier in your old age. I miss ya old man. Hope you have a great Father's Day.
