On Sunday evening a bunch of us made our way to east Seoul for a baseball game. Most of you know that I detest baseball but the game was great. With at least one run every inning, the overly excited ambulance drivers who came out for anything (including a faceplant to the ground), the singing and dancing fans and beer.. one really couldn't go wrong.
It was the Doosan Bears vs. LG Twins. Not knowing anything about either team we were cheered for the Twins because one of the girls had bought their hat and another had bought some of their thunder sticks. It was actually a poor choice since the Bears had just won 6 in a row... but lucky for us the Twins pulled out a win!
Here's a video of some of the Twins fans... we were far away from them and so you can't get the full effect but they were constantly singing and dancing in a coordinated way. It added another level of excitement to the game when either section of fans would break out in to their cheers.
